Welcome to Colchester Oysters
Synchronised swimming club. We are a small
club that was founded 18
years ago. We meet every Saturday from 5pm-6:30 at Bramston Sports Centre
in Witham.
We spend the first half hour each week on land
training - stretching and flexibility, before our one hour session in the
water. We work in groups learning different figures and routines and we all
participate in competitions a few times a year.
If you are a confident swimmer then why not
come along?
